Landmarks Panel Declines to Approve a Puck Building Penthouse

On Tuesday, the Landmarks Preservation Commission declined to approve the penthouse proposed atop the Puck Building at Lafayette and Houston Streets, citing concerns about the addition’s bulk, scale and design.
