New License to sell liquor on-premise:
Sixth on the Agenda:
  II Buco Alimentaria/Vineria, 53 Great Jones St. NYC.  We are working hard to come to some mutually agreeable HVAC and Kitchen venting agreement.  This location is a two-story building wedged between three seven-story buildings.

Eighth on the agenda:  Entity to be formed by Starr Restaurants, d/b/a TBD, 295 Lafayette St. NYC 10012 [Puck Building].  Up to now the Puck building has been an event space with a catering license.   If this application is to replace that with a restaurant/nightlife venue, the dynamics will change considerably at the Lafayette/Broadway entrance to NoHo.

 Alteration to sell liquor on-premise:
15th on the agenda:  Garden Café Associates, d/b/a/ The B Bar & Grill, 40 E. 4th St., NYC 10003-(adding sidewalk café portion).  There is a much improved Community Agreement in place for this application.  BTW, as a show of reform, owner Eric Goode is revamping the B Bar’s event profile.  See NY Times coverage

Apps. to the State Liquor Authority (SLA) for New License to sell Beer and/or Wine on-premise:
18th on the agenda:  Forcella Eatery Inc. 334 Bowery, NYC 10012.  A dozen NoHo stakeholders met with this applicant this week to discuss the drawbacks to adding a pizza restaurant with wood burning oven in a 110 year-old building with seven floors of tenants with a wine and beer license.  The applicant did agree to postpone this month’s hearing, but we have not yet had confirmation.

**Renewals: These items will NOT be heard unless the Community Board office is notified :   Quartino Bottega Organica, 11 Bleecker St. (b&w); Bohemian NY, d/b/a/ Play Earth, 57 Great Jones St. (on-premise);
