*344 Bowery  Application is to install storefront infill.  This is the location of the new Irish Gastro Pub, The Wren.

*38-50 Cooper  Square  Application is to alter the front façade, install storefront infill, install a marquee, and relocate an existing flagpole.

Alteration Application – New York Shakespeare Festival & Joes Pub LLC, 425 Lafayette St., North Store NYC.  We are expecting larger eating and drinking venues to go with their mammoth plaza and sidewalk extension.

Alteration Application – Bowery Poetry Club, Inc., 310 Bowery, NYC.  Who knows what to expect here.  They have been operating without a Certificate of Occupancy and an insufficient Public Assembly Permit and insufficient fire exiting since they opened more than eight years ago and split their space with Crime Scene aka Lounge.

Tom & Jerry Bar Rest., 288 Elizabeth St. (on-premise)
Hung Ry America, 55 Bond St. (b&w) – this is the location that was denied a license by the Community Board in 2009 and was then granted the wine and beer license by the SLA.

Sept 9th  – TV Show filming 11am to 1 am at Butter restaurant at 415 Lafayette Street between Astor Place and 4th Street and at La Mama at 66 East 4th Street between 2nd Avenue and Bowery.  If you have further questions you can contact their Locations Department at 718-389-3455
